Start your day with presence, movement, and breath.

This 4-week morning yoga course is designed to help you gently awaken your body and mind, build strength and flexibility, and cultivate inner calm that you can carry with you throughout the day.

If the weather allows, we will be outdoors under the sunny sky ☀️

The classes will combine mindful movement, energizing flows and grounding breathwork. Open to all levels – whether you're an early bird or new to morning yoga, you're warmly welcome.

Laura Kurapkaite is a certified yoga teacher, mindfulness coach, and therapist-in-training in integrative psychotherapy and psychosynthesis.

She has a background in medical science and a deep interest in how movement, breath, and nervous system regulation support overall well-being.

Laura’s teaching blends anatomical knowledge with a grounded, heart-centered approach — creating space for presence, strength, and inner connection on the mat.
