This 4-week course offers a gentle yet empowering introduction to yoga, perfect for beginners or those looking to reconnect with the basics. Each 75-minute session includes a blend of accessible theory and guided practice, helping you understand not just how to move, but why yoga works for your body and mind.

Together we’ll explore yoga postures, breathwork, simple flows, and mindfulness techniques. You’ll also receive a Yoga for Beginners Workbook, filled with key concepts, pose breakdowns, reflection prompts, and home practice tips to support your journey both on and off the mat.

In this course, you’ll learn to:
Understand foundational yoga philosophy and breathwork
Practice sun salutations and key poses with confidence
Build strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness
Apply mindfulness tools for everyday calm and clarity

About Laura

Laura Kurapkaite is a certified yoga teacher, mindfulness coach, therapist-in-training in integrative psychotherapy and psychosynthesis as well as holds a background within medical science.

With a grounded and compassionate approach, Laura guides her students to connect with their breath, body, and inner resources. She offers classes and courses that combine movement, mindfulness, and self-reflection — creating a safe and supportive space for beginners to explore yoga at their own pace.
