Welcome to a 4-week evening course in Vinyasa yoga - a dynamic and flowing yoga style uniting breath and movement together. This course is for you who want to build strength and flexibility while deepening your focus and inner connection.
Each class offers a balance between energizing flow and grounding stillness. We move through creative sequences, strengthen key muscle groups, and explore transitions with awareness. You’ll also be invited to pause and reflect, with time for rest, breath, and integration.
For whom?
This course is open for everyone and suitable for both newer practitioners and those with some yoga experience. You don’t need to be flexible or “fit” — just curious and willing to explore movement and breath with presence.
